About Twisted Spoon

My life has always been focused around delicious food. My mother, an amazing baker, baked wedding cakes and always had the most delicious food on the table for dinner. Fast forward, just a few years, and I married a chef. 25 years of chef wife life taught me to appreciate all the amazing flavor pairings.

I love the unexpected in desserts especially. I started creating unique cupcakes for family several years ago but never with the aspiration to own my own bakery business until 2020. Twisted Spoon sparked as a passing thought and very soon after became a reality.

Our Products

All of the products that come out of the Twisted Spoon kitchen are made from scratch. Every cake, scone, jam, ganache, bark, frosting, white chocolate flower even the toffee bits are carefully crafted to be the freshest possible. Each component is made specifically for each individual order.

Custom cupcake orders are encouraged here! If you have a specific theme for your event, I am more than happy to create a topper for your cupcakes that ties in and makes the event even more special.

Please be advised, while I have several gluten-free options on my menu that are available by request, I am most definitely not a gluten-free facility.
